However, descriptionCoverage is moderate as it lacks detail about error handling, rate limits, or service availability. TaskKnowledge is adequate with a working curl command. Novelty is low since this is essentially a thin wrapper around a single curl command that a CLI agent could easily construct independently without significant token cost.
